We’ve chosen to provide the bold or the regal jumping spider with this setup due to their size, popularity and ease of care. For livefood, we’ve selected an XS starter pot of Drosophila Hydeii fruit flies, a larger species of fruit fly that is the preferred food source for young and juvenile jumping spiders. This setup includes a detailed care-guide to provide you with instructions on caring for your pet jumping spider.

The 15x12x10cm acrylic terrarium is the perfect size to provide a compact, aesthetic and affordable home for regal jumping spiders. At 15 cm tall, this enclosure provides plenty of space for secure housing and exploration. Our ready-to-use coir substrate allows you to get your setup prepared quickly without the preparation of a solid coir block. Coir is a moisture-retaining bedding ideal for gently releasing humidity into your pet’s enclosure. You can moisten the substrate and provide a drink to your pet spider by using the ultra fine-mist spray bottle. This provides a gentle mist of water to prevent drowning in large water droplets. We’ve opted for a cork bark for decoration along with fake plant stems for a wild feel. These provide additional surface area to the environment, and allow your pet to efficiently navigate their enclosure. Moss adds a pop of colour while adding to the ambient humidity, and your spiderling can seek shelter in the magnetic silk spider hide crafted from silkworm cocoons.
