About the 7 Day Guarantee
Please note that the 7 day guarantee does not cover cases of neglect, abuse, improper care, or voluntary harm to the animal, as specified in our TOS, and refunds will not be provided at our discretion if we suspect deaths or injuries are the sole cause of improper husbandry on part of the customer.
The 7 Day Guarantee exists to ensure you are provided by us with a healthy animal that thrives after transit and can go on to live a long life.
We reserve the right to ask further questions via E mail regarding the condition of your animal before processing a refund. For this reason, you must ensure that you do not dispose of the animal in question before a refund has been processed, or a member of our team has reached out to you.
A member of staff will aim to process a refund or ask any further questions if necessary on the next working day after your application has been submitted.
