The ‘Thrive’ mantis setup comes with ExoTerra’s 20x20x30cm glass terrarium. This habitat is brilliant at keeping in humidity for your mantid while providing cross-ventilation for preventing bacterial & fungal growth. At 30cm tall, the height is ideal, allowing plenty of space for almost all species such as ghost mantis, orchid mantis, and giant Asian mantis. ProRep’s 150g coco-coir brick can be soaked in water to form a small amount of soft, moisture-retaining substrate that maintains humidity, essential in ensuring your mantis can thrive and molt safely.

Included in this kit is a hardy live plant. Your mantis will love to hide out within the leaves while it waits for prey. Other natural decor items include the mixed stick bundle and coco coir backing, giving your pet more surface area and climbing opportunities in its enclosure. Reptizoo combined hygrometer-thermometer is an affordable and accurate option for monitoring the humidity and temperature of the air.

Suitable For:

All praying mantis species under 10cm / 4 inches in total body length. Not suitable for Devil’s Flower Mantis.
